Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Be in the same condition as when received
• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or brand label. All returns must be processed through Chrischayl Fashion directly.
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in the following cases:
• Items with visible signs of wear or use
• Items returned without original packaging or tags
• Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
• Returns received more than 30 days after delivery
• Opened media products (e.g., CDs, DVDs, vinyl, software)
Chrischayl Fashion offers refunds for eligible items returned within 15 calendar days of the original delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Refunds are not issued for final sale items, gift cards, intimate apparel, or products returned in damaged or incomplete condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
