California Privacy Rights & Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective Date: 2026-07-30
Company: Chrichayl Fashion, Delta, BC, Canada
This page explains the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and how to exercise them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Do We Sell Personal Information?
Chrichayl Fashion does not sell your personal information for money. However, like most websites that use advertising and analytics tools, we work with third parties such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics that place cookies and similar tracking technologies to measure performance and show relevant ads. Under CPRA, this activity can be considered ‘sharing’ personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands.
Your Right to Opt Out
If you are a California resident, you have the right to direct us not to share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise this right at any time by:
• Selecting ‘Reject Non-Essential Cookies’ in the cookie banner shown when you first visit our site
• Adjusting your cookie preferences at any time via your browser settings
• Emailing us at chrichayl@gmail.com with the subject line ‘CCPA Opt-Out Request’
Other California Privacy Rights
In addition to the right to opt out of sharing, California residents may also have the right to:
• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• Request deletion of personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
Full detail on the categories of information we collect and why is in our Privacy Policy.
Non-Discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.
How to Submit a Request
To exercise any of the rights described above, email chrichayl@gmail.com with your full name, the email address associated with your account or orders, and a description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We aim to respond within the timeframes required by California law.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent’s authorization and may still need to verify your identity directly.
Changes to This Page
We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in California privacy law. The ‘Effective Date’ above reflects the most recent revision.
